Dress Code's Return Terms
When purchasing merchandise from Dress Code’s website and/or physical store locations, you will be asked to read, understand, and agree to the return policy as follows: we do not accept returns, allow exchanges, offer store credits, or issue refunds of any kind. Due to the seasonality and delicate nature of our merchandise, all sales are final. Your online order cannot be completed unless you agree to these terms at checkout.
Dress Code's Processing & Shipping Terms
While we strive to process and ship all of our orders as soon as possible, due to the delicate nature of our products, processing times will vary based on each individual order placed. For example, an item that is not in stock in our stores but can be ordered from the designer may require additional processing time. It is very important that you provide an accurate "event date" at the time of checkout.
